We have been known for our tanks and weldments for many years, but many don’t know our plate and structural rolling capabilities, with an emphasis on conical shapes, either rolled or press brake formed.
We have just added CNC Plate Rolling to our capability list. We are excited about this new fabricating process and look forward to using it in your next project. It allows us to roll seven different shapes, including U shapes and multi-radius designs.

- 3/4″ material thickness x 96″ long, assuming 55 yield KSI
- Thicker material may be rolled in narrower lengths, up to 2”

- Angle Rings: 3″ x 3″ x 5/16″ @ 32” ID Leg Out
- Angle Rings: 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ x 1/4″ @ 28” ID Leg In
- Flat Bars: 3″ x 5/8″ @ 28” ID Hard Way
- Solid Bar: 4-3/4″ x 1″ @ 24” ID Hard Way
