CB Mills has been producing the Red Head Vertical Mill since 1955. The RH-Series is our latest development of horizontal milling technology with many features and control capability that set us apart. Our RH-Lab Mill offers versatility of chamber size and materials of construction to tailor the mill to suite your needs. You can choose from one of three interchangeable vessel sizes of 0.3 liters, 0.6 liters, or 1.4 liters that can quickly mount to the RH-Lab. Select from 3 agitator speeds using a 3-step pulley system. Select from Hardened Steel, Stainless Steel, and Ceramic materials of construction and more! Glass Beads or Ceramic media of 2.0mm to as small as 0.3mm is possible.
From small to large lab batch sizes the RH-Lab can fit your needs. The RH-Lab can even excel at making small specialty batches to cover those last minute rush orders and keep your customers happy.
Controls can be simplistic push-button design or more elaborate PLC type running our proven control software. Our UL Listed control panels can be provided for non-hazardous locations or Class I, Div. 1 Explosion-Proof environments.
