1. There is no flow to the wash pump. Wash tank is empty.
2. Ball valve for wash fluid or tank openings may be closed.
3. Clogged screen in top of spray nozzle.
4. High pressure bypass stuck open.
1. Spray tips on nozzle may be worn and need replacing.
2. Clogged screen at top of nozzle.
3. Check that valves are opening all the way
4. Check wash pump for damage.
1. Check solenoid and fuse for solenoid.
2. Check air actuated valve for damage or blockage.

2. Pump may be stalled by closed valve or blockage.
Check vacuum relief valve in wash head, not opening to relieve vacuum.
Check the solenoid valve and air mite.
