1. No power to unit Check power at connection box.
2. Pilot bulb burned out replace bulb.
3. Power switch not pulled pull switch.
4. Contact not energizing check wiring connection for contactor inside junction box.

1. No power to unit make sure switch is pulled and pilot lit.
2. Heater connection bad check wires to heater housing.

1. Incorrect timer setting change timer (See Section 2 in manual, “Adjusting Timer”)
2. Loss of power or breaker check breaker at main power panel. Check power to unit see if tripped.
3. Timer switch bad replace timer switch

1. Cooling water shut off to machine check that all water valves are open.
2. No water flow through condenser check water solenoid & electrical connection in junction box.
3. Bad solenoid replace solenoid.
4. Clogged condenser make sure condenser is clear, back flush or replaced if needed.

Clogged condenser remove condenser and remove clog, or replace if necessary

1. Clogged gauge check and clean gauge.
2. Vacuum pump not operating make sure pump shaft is rotating.
3. Lid not fully sealed tighten cover bolts or replace lid gasket. Petroleum jelly may be used on gasket to assist in sealing vessel.

Vacuum pump operating, lid sealed, but no vacuum. Consult vacuum pump manual in Section 7of manual.
