welding clampMr. Al Krumholz Sr. (second generation owner) invented and patented this simple and yet very useful welding clamp design in the 1930s. Since then CB Mills/Chicago Boiler has been selling these welding clamps to welding shops throughout the world.

The unique design of the "Red Head" welding clamps bodies protects the threads of the screw from "weld spatter". Open or closed - the threads remain inside of the clamp body and are never exposed. Heat-treated screws are replaceable, ensuring a long life for the welding clamp.

 Throat is the distance from the center of screw to back of the welding clamp

 Capacity is the space between end of screw and welding clamp body anvil 2" to 4" capacity will tighten on the full 2" to 4" size range
