Check regularly the weight of the agitator discs and when assembling fit the heaviest agitator disc immediately in front of the grinding bead separator system. This ensures uniform wear of the agitator disc set. The agitator discs can be used until they are worn down to about half their weight when new. Weights listed below

How do I rotate my spacers?
Half of the wall thickness. Put the heaviest towards the gap or screen. What should I use for a seal rinse liquid for my mechanical seal?
You should us a liquid that is compatible with you’re product and it should be a lubricating liquid or one of the following.
1. Butylene Glycol (Butanediol, C4H10O2 ) 2. Diethylene Glycol (Diglycol, C4H10O3 ) 3. Ethylene Glycol (1, 2-Ethanediol, C2H6O2 ) 4. Glycerin (1, 2, 3-Propanetriol, C3H5(OH)3) 5. Propylene Glycol (1, 2-Propanediol, C3H8O2) When do I need to change my vessel liner?
The inner cylinder is subject to wear and has to be exchanged at the latest when its wall is worn to 80% the original thickness. You will get optimal wear if you flip the liner when you see grooving closes to the gap or screen.
1. Special is 77mm ID 3mm thick
2. Pilot is 100mm ID 3.1mm thick
3. KD5 is 150mm ID 5.85mm thick
4. KD15 is 220mm ID 5.85mm thick
5. KD20/25 is 220mm ID 6mm thick
6. KD45/60 is 302mm ID 8mm thick When do I need to change my rotor and stator gap rings?
The separator rotor must be as sharp-edged as possible on the stator side and must not have any visible material faults. It is only permissible for the separator stator to show very minimal signs of grooved wear. The max. Wear is dependent on the size of the grinding beads (see drawing). Dmin /2 >= A
